Whole Staff and Hotel was awesome specially Maxwell Manager & Bazaar all Staffs are good. Definitely I come back again.

I had a great experience while i just spent a day, right from i entered to the time i left the hotel it was flawless and staff was lovely - Everyone had a smile and willingness to help. They have a huge screen in dining space with IPL screening which was just an added advantage for any cricket lover. i am vegetarian and everything i ordered was delicious. If one doesn't want to stay they can definitely visit here for a lunch or a dinner. Appreciate all the hard work from the team to make a customer feel special and their monies worth - Kudos to the entire management team for training their staff well !!!

-5/10 would not recommend. Terrible service. Within 5 minutes of checking in there was a massive leak from the ceiling. Room cleaning was not performed up until 3-4 pm. Shower drains clogged up and shampoo/shower gel empty. Overall ambience and facilities is not reflective of a 5 star hotel.

The service was excellent as always, our rooms were in great condition. The breakfast buffet had many items that will suit any palate. The 0000concierge service was great especially Mr. Sridhar and Mr. Johnson. They both individually helped me in my specific requirements. They both are great representatives of The Grand by GRT

My last visit to Chennai was 15 yrs ago, I was extremely anxious about my accommodation this time. However, all my fears fly away as I walked into GRT hotel in Chennai. The ambience, the staff & service was all too good & at its excellences. The staff were very friendly, kind & very helpful esp Sridhar K, who also helped us carrying our shifts bag other bigger items to our room. Staff gave their service to us w/o any expectations fr us guest. I'll definitely stay in GRT in my future stays.
